Hello everyone. Labfest 2008 was last Sunday, May 25, from 12–4 at Seaview Park. The Photo Album is up for your viewing.
Labrador Rescue of Nova Scotia was founded to help find permanent, loving homes for Labs and Lab-mixes in Nova Scotia that have been abandoned, abused, or are faced with unexpected circumstances. Lab Rescue finds Labs permanent homes so that the dogs may lead full, happy lives and contribute positively to society.
Lab Rescue is a non-profit, all volunteer group with dedicated members that serve as board members, provide loving foster homes for dogs in need, and raise funds to help with day to day expenses.
Thank you very much to those people that chose us as their United Way charity designation. It came as a big surprise to us and we are thankful for supporters like you.
**We are now able to give tax receipts for donations
Lab Rescue is now accepting HBC (Club Z) points as donations. Although we will not be able to give a receipt for them they will be greatly appreciated. You can donate them on their website at http://www.hbc.com/hbcrewards/ and choose the community button on the left hand side. Or you can donate them right at the store with our community # 5123969
